Join M&S as a Christmas Customer Assistant in Operations, working behind the scenes to keep stores running smoothly. You'll handle stock, deliveries, and ensure the shop floor stays full, clean, and ready for customers.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Work flexibly across the store, adapting to changing demands

- Use digital tools to track deliveries and manage stock efficiently

- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a smooth operation

- Work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends

**Requirements:**

- Be 18+ due to operating mechanical equipment

- Work pattern: Thursday 18:30 - 22:30, Friday 18:30 - 22:30, Saturday 16:30 - 20:30

- Potential to work up to full-time hours during peak periods

- £3.00 p/h unsocial premium for hours worked between 22:00-06:00
