Priory Melton Place in Melton Mowbray, Leicestershire, has an opportunity for a Registered Manager. The service offers an alternative to a hospital setting for individuals with complex and enduring mental health needs.

The successful candidate will be part of a dedicated and compassionate team, contributing to the smooth running of the service and supporting the wellbeing of residents. The role involves overseeing day-to-day operations, leading and supporting the staff team, maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations, and working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities include:

- Overseeing the day-to-day running of the service

Essential skills and knowledge for the role include:

- Experience leading or managing a healthcare or mental health service

- Understanding of mental health needs and person-centred care

- Excellent communication and organisational skills
