## Description

We are seeking a Consulting Project Manager to oversee multiple consulting projects of varying complexity in the life sciences field. You will ensure on-time and on-budget delivery for clients, contribute to new business development, and maintain a strong client base.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Manage project teams, including internal and external resources, to design, develop, and deliver client solutions

- Lead teams to review and analyze client requirements, develop proposals, and ensure profitability and high client satisfaction

- Manage proposal preparation, bid integrity, and project planning with timelines and deliverables

- Lead projects to successful completion, on-time and on-budget, with limited senior management guidance

- Recommend improvements and alternative solutions to resolve problems

- Serve as key point of contact with clients and provide high-level input to client reports and presentations

- Develop and elevate new business opportunities through identifying follow-on work and new leads

- Provide follow-up with clients after project deliverables are completed to ensure client satisfaction

- Continuously strengthen subject matter expertise through on-the-job experience, conferences, and professional knowledge sharing

- Mentor, coach, and share subject matter expertise with others to elevate capabilities

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred

- 8-12 years of related experience in consulting and life sciences industry

- Excellent project management skills and client influencing and relationship-building skills

- In-depth understanding of IQVIA data assets and core offerings

- Experience working with senior-level managers and executives in the life sciences industry

- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines

- Knowledge of consulting methodologies, tools, and techniques

- Excellent presentation, communication, and client influencing skills

- Established network and referral contacts

- Subject matter expertise and project management skills to manage projects across multiple Centers of Excellence
