## Description

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Urgent Care team in Greensboro, North Carolina.

As an LPN in our Urgent Care setting, you will provide high-quality, efficient care to patients of all ages, working collaboratively with our team to bridge the gap between primary care and the emergency department.

**Essential Functions:**

- Provide care or arrange for appropriate care for patients

- Accurately document patient care and interactions in medical records

- Participate in telephone triage and advise patients according to established protocols

- Track and log laboratory and diagnostic tests, presenting results to providers

- Administer medications, including injections

- Check vital signs, height, and weight

- Assist with reviewing medication history and updating medication lists

- Perform various clinical tasks, including venipuncture and specimen collection

- Utilize standard precautions and comply with regulatory agency standards

**Physical Requirements:**

- Ability to walk, stand, sit, lift, reach, bend, stoop, push, and pull

- Lift and support up to 35 pounds

- Possible exposure to communicable diseases

- Must speak, read, and write Basic English fluently

**Education, Experience, and Certifications:**

- Current LPN license in North Carolina

- Graduate of an accredited school of practical nursing

- Previous medical office experience preferred

- BLS certification required

**Compensation and Benefits:**

- Competitive salary range: $24.10 - $36.15 per hour
