## Description

We are seeking an experienced Private Banker to join our team at Deutsche Bank's Rome branch.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of family clients, providing investment, banking, and insurance products.

**Responsibilities**

- Manage and grow assigned family client relationships, implementing commercial initiatives defined for the target market.

- Analyse client needs and provide assistance and advice on investment products offered by the bank.

- Contribute to achieving branch commercial objectives.

- Ensure continuity and quality of relationships, integrating in-branch interactions with the bank's digital channels.

- Provide high-level service, adhering to regulatory requirements and operational and administrative obligations.

**Requirements**

- Knowledge of main banking, financial, and insurance products for personal and family clients.

- At least 2 years of experience in managing investment portfolios.

- Commercial orientation, initiative, and ability to develop trusting relationships.

- Ability to collaborate in teams and effectively utilise digital tools and bank systems.

- Experience with Artificial Intelligence tools to improve operational efficiency, optimise workflows, and support business challenges.
