## Description

We are seeking a Senior Engineer, UI Designer to join our team in Shanghai. As a Senior Engineer, UI Designer, you will be responsible for the UI concept innovation design, from feature definition to wireframes, user journey, high-fidelity screens, animations, and prototypes.

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for the UI concept innovation design, from feature definition to wireframes, user journey, high-fidelity screens, animations, prototypes.

- Use and maintain the UI Design System and component libraries to ensure visual consistency.

- Ensure international design standards and 'Digital Elegance' philosophy are well understood and strictly followed during the local design process.

- Cooperate with UX designers, German design teams, product managers, and software engineers to participate in requirement and technical reviews. Follow up design development, solve adaptation and restoration problems to ensure mass-produced products meet design requirements.

- Create and define innovative, China-specific UI requirements that balance local digital ecosystem needs with the premium brand identity.

- Review and develop UI/UX concepts for core IVI features (Navigation, AI Assistant, etc.) and cross-platform digital services.

Requirements:

- 5 years or more working experience as UI designer for in-vehicle infotainment systems.

- Master's or bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

- Proficient in UI design and using Figma/Sketch/Adobe Family.

- Good visual design skills with a clean and modern design aesthetic; familiar with component-based design workflows.

- Ability to establish, scale, and maintain a comprehensive UI/UX Design System, utilizing advanced token architectures.

- Knowledge of 3D tools (C4D/Blender) or motion design (AE) is a plus.

- Good communication skills, fast learner, and strong team collaboration spirit.

- Language skills: Chinese and English spoken and written.
