## Description

We are seeking a full-time Receptionist to join our team at the SNCF training centre in Nanterre. As a Receptionist, you will provide a personalised and positive experience for SNCF employees and visitors. Your main responsibilities will include:

- Welcoming trainees, residents, visitors, and service providers

- Providing information, guidance, and distributing badges, documents, and instructions

- Managing the reception area and signage

- Responding promptly to phone calls and emails

- Handling mail, courier services, and deliveries

- Ensuring document tracking and follow-up

- Providing information on luggage storage, medical equipment, and other facilities

- Contributing to events and promoting eco-friendly practices

- Adapting services to meet user needs and representing SNCF's culture

- Opening and closing the reception area while ensuring security protocols are followed

- Guaranteeing reliable processes and controlled operations management

Our ideal candidate has a strong sense of hospitality and customer service, with previous experience in reception or customer-facing roles. You should be proficient in using computer software, managing administrative tasks, and tracking requests. You will be punctual, rigorous, and versatile, with excellent communication skills, a good team spirit, and initiative.
