## Description

We're seeking a Customer and Trading Manager to lead our nightshift team at our Tunbridge Wells store. As a Customer and Trading Manager, you will be responsible for delivering all replenishment activities across the store, prioritising deliveries, organising the warehouse, and replenishing shelves. You will also be responsible for managing a team, making sure that standards are brilliant come morning, and providing brilliant customer service.

The role involves leading a team overnight, running a full store operation on your own, and being responsible for the full shift and the safety and wellbeing of colleagues in store. You will also be responsible for people management, managing performance and capability, conducting disciplinaries, and ensuring scheduling and pay are accurate.

As a nightshift manager, you will work full-time hours over 4 nights, and receive a £4,500 premium on top of your base salary. Our nightshifts typically run from 22:00 until 08:00.

The successful candidate will be someone who is comfortable with nightshift working, has previous line management responsibilities in a fast-paced, operational environment, and has resilience to deal with both the mental and physical demands of working nights. They will also have experience delivering and monitoring KPIs, managing disciplinaries and performance issues, and leading operations.
