## Description

Join Marks & Spencer as a Christmas Customer Assistant in Operations at their Hedge End location. You'll play a crucial behind-the-scenes role ensuring the store runs smoothly.

**Job Details:**

- Part-time role, working Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday nights from 21:00 to 06:00

- Due to operational requirements, you may be asked to work full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December

- The role involves working through nights, so applicants must be 18 years or older

- A £3.00 per hour unsocial premium is added for hours worked between 22:00-06:00

**Responsibilities:**

- Manage stock and deliveries efficiently

- Ensure the shop floor remains full, clean, and ready for customers

- Work flexibly across the store as needed

- Use digital tools confidently to track deliveries and manage stock

- Collaborate with colleagues across different functions

- Adapt quickly to changing demands and priorities
