## Description

LSEG is seeking a Market Head, Sell Side Community to lead the sales strategy for defined areas of responsibility, accountable for sales results and team performance.

The role involves:

- Supporting the development and execution of sales and go-to-market strategies within a designated group or territory based on detailed customer intelligence and deep market and industry awareness

- Leading efficient execution of strategy to optimize current and future growth of products and solutions as well as market share

- Leading multiple sales teams accountable to meet sales, revenue, retention and organisational objectives in a timely manner

- Holding accountability for the performance, productivity and results of teams and providing strategic and operational leadership in their region

- Ensuring regional plans accurately align to regional / local business priorities and plans

- Role modelling and instilling strategic account planning practice across sales and relationship management teams

- Building and developing succession of capable sales leadership teams through active management, mentoring, coaching and talent movement

The ideal candidate will have:

- Relevant degree or equivalent

- Proficiency and experience across all areas of sales and relationship management

- Proficiency and experience in a sales and relationship management leadership role

In terms of compensation and benefits, LSEG offers:

- Anticipated base salary for this position is $213,300 - $355,700

- Eligibility for Annual Incentive Plan (AIP/"bonus plan")
