This senior role will be responsible for leading the development of S&P DJI's multi-asset index franchise. The role oversees a broad range of index-linked investment solutions, including defined outcome, risk-controlled, asset allocation, retirement, insurance, structured product, and derivatives-based strategies.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in multi-asset product management, experience leading product initiatives and teams, and a solid understanding of systematic investment strategies. **Responsibilities and Impact**

- Lead the research, development, and launch of systematic multi-asset indices and investment solutions, including asset allocation, risk-controlled, target outcome, insurance-related, and derivatives-based strategies.

- Serve as a senior subject matter expert in client meetings, product pitches, trainings, conferences, and other external forums.

- Maintain a deep understanding of market trends, client needs, and the competitive landscape.

- Support and manage the existing multi-asset index suite with a focus on growing adoption, linked assets, and revenue.

- Lead and develop a team of product managers.

**What’s In It For You**

- The opportunity to lead product strategy and innovation for a technically sophisticated and commercially important global index product suite.

- Direct involvement in developing innovative multi-asset index solutions used across ETFs, retirement products, insurance solutions, structured products, and institutional investment applications.

- Regular interaction with senior clients, commercial leaders, quantitative researchers, index governance stakeholders, and product leaders across S&P Dow Jones Indices.

**Requirements**

- 10+ years of experience in product management, index strategy, investment solutions, asset management, wealth management, quantitative investing, or related financial services roles, with meaningful exposure to multi-asset investment strategies.

- Strong quantitative background with an understanding of index construction, portfolio design, and multi-asset investment strategies.

- Demonstrated experience managing, coaching, and developing product management talent, with the ability to build and lead high-performing teams.

- Proven ability to influence stakeholders cross-functionally and drive outcomes without direct people-management authority.

- Clear commercial mindset, including experience supporting product adoption, client engagement, and long-term revenue growth for investment, index, or multi-asset solutions.

- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., finance, mathematics, economics, statistics, engineering, or computer science).

**Compensation/Benefits Information (US Applicants Only)**

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $175,000-$225,000.
