## Description

We're seeking a Productivity Specialist - Logistics Improvement to join our team at Morrisons. As a key member of our Productivity team, you will be responsible for managing the introduction, day-to-day feedback, and resolving immediate issues related to productivity projects.

Your main objectives will be:

- Defining implementation strategies for productivity improvements

- Producing site communications plans

- Ensuring alignment of implementation schedules

- Building strong relationships with Senior Managers

- Updating progress tracking reports

- Monitoring and actioning issues or risks to project delivery

- Creating implementation plans and delivering benefits

- Gaining approval from productivity managers

- Contributing to Productivity Planning Sessions

To succeed in this role, you will need:

- Significant retail or Logistics experience

- Strong understanding of retail or Logistics and site operations

- Ability to manage multiple projects across multiple sites

- Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills

- Excellent presentation and communication skills

- Good understanding of financial, payroll, and commercial impact

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
