## Description

We are seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team on a PRN basis.

As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will assist licensed therapists in providing patient care and treatment plans.

Responsibilities:

- Assist licensed therapists in conducting patient evaluations and developing treatment plans

- Implement treatment plans under the supervision of licensed therapists

- Provide patient education and training on exercises and activities

- Maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment plans

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent required

- Completion of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program

- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of Illinois

- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
