## Description

We are seeking a Senior Principal Agile Transformation Lead to join our Workforce Transformation Practice team. As part of our global team, you will work with cutting-edge technologies and have the opportunity to develop a wide range of new skills while working with the world's most respected companies.

The Role:

- Lead and manage agile transformation projects at team, portfolio, and enterprise levels

- Lead and manage Agile coaching engagements, including Agile-at-Scale methods such as Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Disciplined Agile Delivery (DAD), and Large-Scale Scrum (LeSS)

- Lead and manage Lean portfolio management projects

- Take responsibility for project results and manage individual and team project deployment to achieve goals in terms of time, quality, and effort

- Build, develop, and maintain long-term relationships with C-level customers

- Provide advisory services to our client leadership and take responsibility for leading and mentoring colleagues in our T&O practice

- Develop sales with your customers by actively seeking new business opportunities

- Contribute to our T&O thought leadership, develop intellectual property, and methods and tools

Your Profile:

- 12+ years of experience in agile delivery and transformation

- Proven expertise in Agile, Scaled Agile, and Product Management

- At least one recognised Agile qualification or certification (e.g., SAFe Program Consultant; SAFe Agilist)

- Experience in building and developing agile competence centres/centres of excellence

- Proven experience in coaching agile organisations at C-level

- Proven experience in business development, including pipeline management and creation of customer offers

- Strong team player with a high willingness to take responsibility

- Excellent communication skills in German and English
