## Description

We are seeking a Food/Drink Runner (Cumin) to join our team at Soho House São Paulo.

As a Food/Drink Runner, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our members and guests.

Key responsibilities:

- Prepare tables, serve orders, and explain meals to guests

- Collaborate with the kitchen and wait staff to facilitate food service

- Maintain a clean and organised dining area

- Replenish supplies and ensure prompt service

- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handling pressure and multiple tasks

- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to guest needs

- Familiarise yourself with the menu and make recommendations when requested

Requirements:

- At least 18 years old

- Previous experience in a similar role

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain composure under pressure

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
