## Description

The IPO Vetting Department of the Listing Division at HKEX is responsible for processing applications for new equity listings and pre-IPO enquiries. You will provide support to a team manager in processing IPO applications, draft comment letters and department reports to the Listing Committee, and support pre-IPO enquiries and IPO-related policy matters.

The ideal candidate is a qualified accountant or lawyer with at least 3 years of working experience in accounting, law, corporate finance, investment banking, or a related field. You should have knowledge of the Listing Rules, securities industry practices, and securities laws. Good interpersonal and presentation skills, as well as proficiency in English and Chinese (including Putonghua), are essential.
