## Description

We are seeking a Vice President to join our Prime Services team in New York. The successful candidate will oversee and manage transactional processes, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and maintaining accurate documentation for financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure Transaction Services and Documentation activities comply with applicable laws and regulations

- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to execute transactions efficiently

- Create, review, negotiate, and manage legal documents such as loan agreements and security documents

- Provide transaction support, including preparation of transaction summaries and due diligence

- Develop and implement transaction processes and procedures

As a Vice President, you will be expected to:

- Contribute to strategy, drive requirements, and make recommendations for change

- Manage and maintain policies and processes, delivering continuous improvements

- Demonstrate leadership and accountability for managing risk and strengthening controls

- Collaborate with other areas of work to provide business-aligned support

- Create solutions based on sophisticated analytical thought

Requirements:

- Experience with prime services agreements, drafting, negotiating, and executing capital markets contract documentation

- Knowledge of Prime Brokerage, Futures, repurchase agreements, stock lending agreements, and related financing businesses

- Highly valued skills include Futures agreements, OTC clearing agreements, and ISDA/CSA

Salary: $200,000 - $260,000 per year
