## Description

Logitech is seeking a Finance OpEx Manager to join the Corporate FP&A team. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional departments and support Business Groups OpEx management.

Responsibilities:

- Act as a finance business partner to departmental heads, providing financial guidance and identifying savings opportunities

- Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecast processes for designated business departments

- Deliver monthly and quarterly financial performance reviews with qualified commentary

- Support departmental leadership with financial models to evaluate new business investments and initiatives

- Oversee the purchase order receiving process and ensure compliant management of accruals

- Own and enhance comprehensive budget trackers

- Compile departmental fluctuation analysis and MRC review reports

- Educate business teams on financial policies, definitions, and processes

- Engage in corporate digital transformation projects with AI/BI solutions

- Provide timely financial support to finance and business teams

- Build strong relationships and foster teamwork within business groups, finance, and corporate supporting functions

Key Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in corporate finance, Financial Planning & Analysis, or financial accounting

- Experience working with cross-functional teams located in EMEA region or globally is a plus

- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills

- Experience in managing large amounts of financial data with high accuracy

- Excel power user with advanced skills in formulas and PowerPoint and Google Docs

- Experience in OneStream and Oracle; Tableau or other BI systems is highly recommended

- Professional, articulate, diligent, hardworking, curious, and self-motivated

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA, CPA, CMA, or CIMA is a major plus)
