We're seeking a highly driven Business Development Representative to join our dynamic Singapore team, supporting Taiwan.

As a Business Development Representative at Workday, you'll be the frontline of our customer engagement, often providing the first impression of Workday to future customers.

**Responsibilities**

- Build relationships, exceed targets, and lead from the front

- Provide the first impression of Workday to future customers

- Identify opportunities and articulate value effectively

**Requirements**

- Fluent in Mandarin & English

- Exceptional work ethic, self-motivated, driven, and hungry for success

- Strong understanding of sales principles, a knack for identifying opportunities, and the ability to articulate value effectively

- Natural leader, don't wait for permission to act

- Outstanding people skills, excel at building relationships quickly
