## Description

We are seeking a Jr. Analyst - Warehouse to support the management of our Distribution Centre operations in Serra (ES).

The successful candidate will play a key role in monitoring the operation conducted by logistics partners (3PL), controlling stocks, supporting audits, tracking performance indicators, and executing continuous improvement initiatives.

The main focus of this position will be to ensure stock integrity, support decision-making through data analysis, and contribute to operational excellence in the area.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Monitor receiving, warehousing, returns, and shipping operations carried out by the logistics partner (3PL), ensuring compliance with processes and service levels.

- Control and reconcile stocks, tracking inventories, accuracy indicators, and handling discrepancies.

- Support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with internal controls and company policies.

- Manage administrative routines for the area, including purchase requisitions, fiscal note releases, payments, and operational material control.

- Monitor, analyze, and report on operation performance indicators, identifying opportunities for improvement and efficiency.

- Collaborate with internal areas and suppliers to support projects, action plans, and continuous improvement initiatives.

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Administration, Production Engineering, Economics, Foreign Trade, or related fields.

- Experience in logistics operations, warehousing, or stock control.

- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Knowledge of SAP, Power BI, and WMS systems.

- Experience with outsourced operations (3PL).

- Familiarity with FIFO and FEFO methodologies.

- Experience with audits and operational controls.

- Intermediate English and/or Spanish language skills.

**Work Environment:**

- On-site work model in Serra (ES).

- Administrative working hours from Monday to Friday.

- Occasional availability for operational follow-up on Saturdays, when necessary.
