## Description

We are seeking a Physical Therapist for our Acute Care Rehab team at Atrium Health Union and Union West. As a Physical Therapist, you will evaluate patients, establish care plans, and provide therapy services to help them recover from illness or injury.

**Essential Functions:**

- Evaluate patients and develop care plans

- Gather and interpret data from medical records and physician reports

- Document evaluations, progress notes, and treatment plans

- Communicate with physicians, referral sources, and clinical staff

- Provide patient and family education

- Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and technicians

**Physical Requirements:**

- Ability to lift patients and equipment up to 50 pounds

- Frequent sitting, standing, and walking

- Occasional climbing stairs, kneeling, twisting, and bending

- Adequate hearing and vision for communication and reading

**Education, Experience, and Certifications:**

- Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

- Applicable state license for Physical Therapy

- CPR Certification and BLS required
