As a Security Platform Engineer, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of mobility by contributing to the development and implementation of Identity and Access Management (IAM) strategies and roadmaps. In close collaboration with other security platforms leads, you will contribute to the development and implementation of IAM strategies and roadmaps. You will collaborate closely with IAM portfolio product owners, SMEs, and security product teams to define modernization paths, architectures, and designs of the IAM platform, utilizing EntraID identity infrastructure and entitlement management capabilities effectively. Your responsibilities will include: - Engaging in delivery of tactical and strategic IAM solutions, including analysis, design, and implementation with a focus on improving security posture - Overseeing the development of high-quality, maintainable code in accordance with best practices - Ensuring the IAM platform is designed with security in mind - Implementing robust authentication and authorization mechanisms and working closely with the security & access control stakeholders to mitigate potential risk - Integrating Enterprise IAM platform with various systems and services, both within the organization and with external partners, to provide seamless and secure access control - Partnering with application teams leveraging Enterprise Identity and Access Management platform to ensure services are consumable by app and cloud migration teams to allow for modernization of existing integration and access controls within traditional applications - Designing the IAM platform to be scalable to meet the organization's growing needs - Implementing performance optimizations to ensure efficient operation - Creating and maintaining technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, API documentation, and coding standards - Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including security, IT, and application development teams, to ensure the IAM platform aligns with the organization's overall goals - Troubleshooting and Support: Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve issues related to the IAM platform - Developing and maintaining monitoring and alerting systems - Keeping up-to-date with the latest IAM and Microsoft entitlement management technologies, trends, and best practices, and applying them to improve the platform - Integrating AI-powered services into the IAM platform to enhance security capabilities and automate user review workflows To be successful in this role, you will need: - Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Information Technology, Cyber Security, Computer Science, Security Platform Engineering or a related field - 4 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation - 4 years of experience with each of the following skills: + Designing secure and scalable Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions + Developing and automating security tools and platforms + Securing infrastructure + Managing and securing CI/CD pipelines - 2 years of experience with each of the following skills: + Using version control systems to manage codebase changes + Building, deploying, and managing secure IAM solutions on cloud platforms + Designing secure database schemas and managing encrypted user identity and access data We offer a competitive salary range of $120,349.00 - $190,500.00 per year, depending on experience.
