## Description

As a System Quality Program Manager at HP, you will manage quality programs from initiation through closure, ensuring alignment with project scope, goals, and deliverables.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading quality assurance programs and overseeing all aspects of quality program management

- Conducting System At Glance Test, Workflow Duration Test, and Continuous Regression Test

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define program requirements and identify risks

- Executing quality assurance plans and monitoring quality metrics

- Facilitating communication with stakeholders and promoting a culture of innovation and continuous improvement

To succeed in this role, you typically need:

- A four-year degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related discipline

- 0-1 years of work experience in software quality assurance, test harnesses, and QA-focused tools

- Skills in Agile Methodology, CI/CD, Computer Science, JIRA, Scrum, Software Development, Software Engineering, Software Quality, and Software Testing
