## Description

IQVIA MedTech is seeking an experienced Clin Ops leader to manage a team of clinical staff working in support of clinical studies.

The successful candidate will ensure projects are appropriately resourced and employees are trained and meeting project objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing staff in accordance with organisation’s policies and applicable regulations

- Participating in the selection and hiring of new employees

- Ensuring staff have the proper materials, systems access and training to complete job responsibilities

- Allocating resources to clinical research projects by assigning staff to clinical studies

- Managing the quality of assigned staff's clinical work through regular review and evaluation

- Identifying quality risks and issues and creating corrective action plans

- Ensuring staff meet defined workload and quality metrics

- Collaborating with other clinical teams and functional leadership to manage project-related challenges

- Participating in corporate or organisational departmental quality or process improvement initiatives

The ideal candidate will have:

- A Bachelor's Degree in a scientific discipline or healthcare

- Prior clinical trial experience, including experience in a management/leadership capacity

- In-depth knowledge of applicable clinical research regulatory requirements

- Strong leadership skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work under pressure with multiple internal and external clients

The potential base pay range for this role is $86,500.00 - $216,000.00 per year.
