## Description

As a Fraud Risk Manager at Argos, you will lead the proactive identification, assessment, and investigation of suspected and confirmed fraud, protecting Argos and Nectar from financial loss and reputational damage.

The role involves leading complex investigations, turning intelligence into action, and making recommendations to strengthen controls and prevent fraud recurrence.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading the delivery of the Argos fraud risk plan

- Identifying and investigating suspected and confirmed fraud

- Providing clear fraud risk advice to senior leaders

- Building and maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders

- Overseeing supplier performance and expenditure

Requirements:

- Strong knowledge of fraud risk management and complex investigations

- Sound knowledge of relevant criminal and civil law

- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

- Experience of identifying weaknesses in systems and processes

- Proven leadership and people management skills
