Be the first to apply to this exciting opportunity at Ford Energy, a newly formed subsidiary of Ford Motor Company. As an Industrialization Process Lead, you will play a key role in leading cross-functional teams to meet program deliverables and launch programs on time. Your responsibilities will include managing all elements of the new program governance process, creating and maintaining program status reports, and leading cross-functional teams to identify root cause and resolve major program issues.

In this leadership role, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals and contribute to the growth and success of Ford Energy. You will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the program are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

As an Industrialization Process Lead, you will have the following qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field

- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing and product

- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing and/or operations

- Strong interpersonal and communications skills required

- Ability to interact and communicate with all levels of leadership and across organizations

Even better, you may have:

- Master's degree in Engineering

- 5+ years of experience in leadership role

- 5+ years of experience in program management

- Six Sigma

This position is leadership level 6 and ranges from $115,500-$218,100. Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
