## Description

As a BBL Leerplek Retail Utrecht, you will work as a shop employee and learn about our products and mission to amaze customers.

Your responsibilities include:

- Advising customers with your growing product knowledge and asking the right questions.

- Offering tailored solutions so every customer leaves the store with a smile.

- Improving in-store processes, such as thinking about how to increase sales.

- Challenging yourself with targets and taking your sales skills to the next level.

You will receive:

- A salary of €2,539 per month based on 40 hours, with an annual increase.

- 8% holiday pay, pension, and travel cost allowance (if you live 10 km or more away).

- A 12-month contract with fixed hours and 29 vacation days for a full-time job.

Requirements:

- You are following a BBL MBO 3 or MBO 4 education in Retail Specialist or Retail Manager.

- You are available at least 3 full days a week, working 8 hours a day.

- You speak and write good Dutch to help our customers.

- You can empathize with our customers and their needs.

- You can provide a Verklaring Omtrent Gedrag, which we will reimburse.
