## Description

NVIDIA is seeking a Senior Director, Developer Marketing to lead the development and execution of its developer marketing strategy. The successful candidate will report to the Chief Marketing Officer and play a key role in growing and educating the developer community.

The Senior Director, Developer Marketing will be responsible for:

- Setting the vision, strategy, and operational plan for developer marketing across NVIDIA's software and compute ecosystem

- Building and scaling developer acquisition programs, including developer portals, lifecycle engagement, event activations, online communities, and developer advocacy

- Driving NVIDIA's presence and engagement across global developer communities and open-source hubs

- Identifying and building strategic co-marketing opportunities with ecosystem partners, ISVs, and cloud providers

- Evolving NVIDIA Deep Learning Institute (DLI) to provide industry-leading education in modern formats

- Providing marketing support for NVIDIA Higher Education & Research initiatives

- Translating developer market signals into strategic recommendations that influence product roadmap and business priorities

- Cultivating a high-performing team spanning growth marketing, developer marketing, content, higher education, and community programs

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- 12+ years of experience in developer marketing, growth marketing, or demand generation, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role

- A Bachelor's and Master's degree or equivalent experience

- Deep proficiency with developer audiences and how to convert engagement into measurable business results

- Hands-on experience deploying AI tools, marketing automation, and emerging agentic systems

- Familiarity with the agentic AI landscape, including major frameworks, developer use cases, and infrastructure requirements

- A consistent record of operating efficiently in fast-paced, highly ambiguous environments

- Experience building, developing, and retaining high-performing marketing teams

- Outstanding interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate technically complex ideas into compelling narratives
