## Description

We are seeking a Clinic Director/Physical Therapist to join our team at our Seattle location. As a Clinic Director/Physical Therapist, you will oversee the daily operations of the clinic and provide high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:

- Provide physical therapy services to patients with various orthopedic conditions

- Develop and implement treatment plans to meet individual patient needs

- Supervise and mentor physical therapy staff

- Manage clinic operations, including scheduling, budgeting, and personnel management

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care

Requirements:

- Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program

- Current licensure to practice physical therapy in the state of Washington

- At least 2 years of experience as a physical therapist, preferably in an outpatient orthopedic setting

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
