## Description

S&P Dow Jones Indices Technology is seeking an Agentic Engineering Lead to pioneer the next generation of index technology through autonomous and semi-autonomous agents. The successful candidate will lead the development of a global agentic engineering framework, transforming traditional software development to agent-driven processes, and building agentic quality engineering capabilities.

Responsibilities:

- Define and deliver the global agentic engineering framework for S&P DJI Technology

- Lead the transformation from traditional software development to agent-driven processes

- Build and implement agentic quality engineering capabilities

- Partner with Risk, Compliance, Information Security, and Internal Audit to establish governance frameworks for agentic systems

- Drive organizational change through influence and collaboration

- Build and lead a high-performing team of engineers

Requirements:

- Deep expertise in agentic technologies, including LLM-based agents and orchestration frameworks

- Demonstrated experience applying AI agents to software development lifecycle processes

- Strong software and quality engineering foundations

- Proven track record of building and leading engineering teams

- Executive-level communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in financial services, market data, or regulated domains

- Familiarity with data quality and validation frameworks

- Background in AI risk management frameworks or governance structures for autonomous systems

- Active participation in the open-source community

Compensation: The anticipated base salary range for this position is $220,000 to $325,000.
