## Description

As a Real Estate Director at OakNorth, you will originate, structure, and own high-quality deals end-to-end, focusing on credit excellence and delivering a standout client experience.

Working closely with senior leadership, you will have the autonomy to shape your own portfolio and take an entrepreneurial approach to every opportunity.

Key responsibilities include:

- Originating, structuring, and executing real estate transactions that meet OakNorth's lending requirements

- Managing and developing existing customer relationships while identifying new opportunities

- Analysing financial accounts and preparing high-quality credit memorandums

- Presenting credit cases to sanctioning authority and maintaining close customer relationships

- Meeting team and individual targets while driving innovation in the product proposition

To be a great fit, you should have:

- In-depth understanding of the London real estate market and a strong network across relevant counterparties

- Strong credit, financial analysis, and modelling skills

- Experience originating, structuring, and executing senior, stretched senior, and mezzanine real estate transactions

Nice to have:

- Experience working within a bank or regulated lending environment

- Existing relationships with private equity sponsors, property advisors, or intermediaries active in the UK real estate market
