## Description

Electronic Arts is seeking a proactive Production Coordinator to join our Studio Operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality support and finding new ways to streamline current processes.

The role involves:

- Providing executive support, including managing complex calendars, coordinating travel, and preparing expense reports

- Coordinating events, such as team meetings, summits, and onsite or offsite events

- Leading onboarding logistics for new hires and managing offboarding processes

- Maintaining team distribution lists, Slack channels, and shared resources to support clear communication

- Proactively maintaining department common areas and participating in creative sessions

- Partnering with IT and cross-functional teams to manage hardware and software needs

- Continuously looking for opportunities to streamline workflows and improve efficiency

The ideal candidate will have:

- Experience in an administrative, coordinator, or operations role

- Strong proficiency in Outlook and Google Workspace

- Demonstrated experience organising team meetings and events

- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills

- A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset
