The Operations Technology Support (OTS) team provides 24x7 global IT support to Amazon Operations, including Fulfillment, Sortation, Logistics, and Last Mile. As a leader in this team, you will oversee a team of IT professionals with various skill sets, providing innovative technical support to Amazon's Operations team.

Your role involves:

- Leading a team of IT professionals across multiple locations

- Supporting all safety programs and OSHA compliance

- Interacting with management and staff to provide technical assistance for continuous improvement of IT solutions

- Establishing and maintaining relationships with operational partners and staff

- Leading infrastructure builds in new facilities

- Planning, organizing, scheduling, and supervising day-to-day technical support activities

- Measuring, monitoring, and maintaining the team's ability to meet or exceed contact and resolution Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

- Developing and maintaining policies, procedures, and processes

- Overseeing management of equipment and parts inventory

- Creating, managing, and supporting recognition and communication programs

- Traveling up to 30%
