As an Associate Retail Marketing Manager, you will operate at the intersection of retail, digital, and community,bringing campaigns to life in-store while ensuring alignment with global brand and product priorities.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

Retail Marketing & Campaign Execution

- Execute integrated retail marketing campaigns across physical stores and digital channels to drive traffic and sales

- Translate global product launches and brand initiatives into localized, in-store experiences

- Partner with Product Marketing and Business Units to align on key messaging, priorities, and timelines

- Ensure strong O2O (online-to-offline) execution, connecting digital awareness to in-store conversion

In-Store Events & Activations

- Plan and execute in-store events including product launches, esports activations, and community events

- Develop run-of-show documents, staffing plans, and customer experience flows

- Define success metrics for events (traffic, conversion, revenue) and track performance

- Ensure consistent execution across stores through structured SOPs and toolkits

Influencer & Creator Marketing

- Source and manage local influencers aligned with RazerStore audiences

- Coordinate end-to-end influencer activations including outreach, briefing, store visits, and content capture

- Partner with internal Social and Community teams to amplify influencer content across channels

- Track influencer performance and optimize for engagement, reach, and store traffic

Community & Partnerships

- Build and manage relationships with local colleges, gaming communities, and grassroots organizations

- Identify partnership opportunities that drive sustained store traffic and brand affinity

- Support recurring community programming (tournaments, meetups, training sessions)

Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Work closely with Business Development, Product Marketing, and Esports teams to support retail initiatives

- Align with Global Social and CRM teams to ensure cohesive campaign messaging and amplification

- Coordinate with store operations teams to ensure readiness for all activations

Store Enablement & Toolkits

- Develop and distribute activation toolkits for store teams including briefs, signage guidelines, and execution checklists

- Provide clear communication and training to store teams ahead of campaigns and events

- Ensure brand consistency and high-quality execution across all locations

Pre-Requisites:

- 3–5 years of experience in marketing, retail marketing, or experiential marketing

- Proven experience executing campaigns, events, or activations end-to-end

- Experience working with influencers or creator marketing programs preferred

- Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines

- Ability to translate strategy into execution with attention to detail

- Excellent communication and organizational skills

Salary Ranges (per annum):
