## Description

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our PT-Laurentian team at Aspirus St. Luke's Mountain Iron Clinic in Duluth, MN.

The Physical Therapist performs the evaluation, planning, treatment and documentation of patient care services. Additional responsibilities include the supervision of Assistants, Attendants and students during the provision of treatments. Therapists will have primary focus in either an inpatient hospital setting OR an outpatient clinic setting.

The Outpatient Therapist will be assigned to one or more outpatient clinics. Each clinic services a wide variety of patient populations. There is opportunity to develop specialty practice in areas such as: vestibular rehab, TMD, pelvic floor, women's health, lymphedema, sports medicine and others. Additional training and diversification is available in the inpatient setting or home care settings if desired.

**Responsibilities**

- Perform evaluations, planning, treatment, and documentation of patient care services

- Supervise Assistants, Attendants, and students during treatment provision

- Develop specialty practice in areas such as vestibular rehab, TMD, pelvic floor, women's health, lymphedema, sports medicine, and others

**Requirements**

- Current State of Minnesota Physical Therapy License OR Wisconsin Physical Therapy License for Wisconsin positions

- Ability to relate well to people of all ages, economic and ethnic backgrounds

- Intermediate reading, writing, and speaking skills

- Basic mathematical skills

- Intermediate reasoning ability

**Preferred Qualifications**

- Experience working with specific age groups (e.g. Pediatrics)

**Physical Demands**

- Stand: Continuously Over 2/3 (5.5 - 8 hours)

- Walk: Continuously Over 2/3 (5.5 - 8 hours)

- Sit: Frequently 1/3 to 2/3 (2.5 - 5.5 hours)

- Use hands to finger, handle, or feel: Continuously Over 2/3 (5.5 - 8 hours)

- Lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
