As an industrial mechanic trainee, you will work in our logistics centers, where you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment, ensuring the reliability of our operations, and implementing new technologies.

During the two-year program, you will alternate between theoretical learning at the Mondragón Goi Eskola Politeknikoa and practical experience in our logistics centers. You will receive training in areas such as prevention of risks, English, and technical complements (robotics, etc.).

Throughout the program, you will be guided by a mentor who will provide support and guidance to help you succeed.

After completing the program, you will have the opportunity to apply for a position as a technical staff member in our logistics centers.

Amazon will cover your tuition fees and living expenses during the program, as well as transportation costs between the logistics center and the educational institution.
