## Description

As a Sales Manager at the O2 Arena Outlet, you will lead and inspire your team to prioritise outstanding customer service and achieve performance targets.

The role involves:

- Supporting the store management team across all product areas

- Managing a team to deliver excellent service and accurate stock processes

- Creating an atmosphere that motivates and inspires your team

- Demonstrating a hands-on approach to commercial and operational activities

- Ensuring up-to-date and accurate communication

You will have:

- Exceptional commercial understanding

- Experience in leading, coaching, and motivating a team

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment

- Great communication skills

- Ability to problem-solve and make sound business decisions

The role is part-time, with shifts including Tuesday 11:45 - 20:00, Wednesday 14:45 - 19:00, and Saturday 15:30 - 20:00.

The salary is from £12,081.
