**Responsibilities** As a Seasonal team member, you will:

- Provide exceptional guest service, welcoming and thanking guests, and exceeding their expectations

- Support business priorities, delivering on sales goals, and ensuring product is set, in-stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor

- Work efficiently and as a team to deliver for our guests

**Requirements** To succeed in this role, you should:

- Have a welcoming and helpful attitude towards guests and other team members

- Be able to learn and adapt to current technology needs

- Be able to work both independently and with a team

- Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot

- Pay attention to detail and follow multi-step processes

**Physical Demands**

- Accurately handle cash register operations

- Climb up and down ladders

- Scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 40 pounds

- Flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends, and holidays) and regular attendance necessary
