## Description

We are seeking a Technical Specialist to provide specialized technical support and expertise to ensure the smooth operation of IT systems. This is a fixed-term contract position through December 2026.

Responsibilities:

- Provide specialized technical support and expertise.

- Troubleshoot IT issues and implement solutions.

- Collaborate with various teams to ensure smooth IT operations.

- Document technical processes and solutions.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

- 5-7 years of experience in Digital Forensics, Incident Response, Cybersecurity, or eDiscovery Operations.

- Analytical Thinking, Collaborative Problem Solving (CPS), Communication, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Deadline Management, Digital Forensics, End-to-End Project Management, Forensic Analysis, Outstanding Organizational Abilities, Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), Technical Knowledge.

- CompTIA Security+, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
