## Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Supply Chain Enterprise Architect to join our dynamic team. As a key leader in defining and implementing the architecture for Ford's Supply Chain Management, you will play a pivotal role in global strategic initiatives, making critical technology decisions for both in-house and vendor solutions to modernize Ford's supply chain.

In this position, you will define and implement comprehensive business and technical architecture solutions to modernize Ford's Supply Chain, aligning with strategic business goals and objectives. You will address diverse challenges in supplier collaboration, transparency, sustainability, and risk management through innovative architectural designs.

Key responsibilities include providing enterprise architectural services for Supply Chain Management products, conducting hands-on evaluation of current supply chain operations to design customer-centric solutions, and partnering closely with Business Leads, Software Delivery Leads, Product Managers, and Software Engineers in system design and technology evaluation.

You will lead the strategic design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise data solutions, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals, and defining data governance policies and frameworks. You will also design and build scalable, high-performance Business Intelligence solutions, leveraging advanced data modeling concepts and techniques.

Other responsibilities include architecting end-to-end data pipelines and robust data integration frameworks to enable seamless flow of structured and unstructured data from multiple sources, setting the technical direction and implementation strategy for high-quality cloud solutions, and modernizing Ford's in-house applications by migrating them to cloud platforms.

You will evaluate vendors and make informed buy-vs-build decisions, identifying key portfolio capabilities and mapping global system strategy. You will also advocate for agile methodologies and ensure the implementation of DevOps and software craftsmanship practices like Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) and Test-Driven Development (TDD) tools.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of supply chain business processes, combined with advanced technical proficiency in data modeling, integration patterns, and cloud technologies. You will also need to have experience with cloud deployment, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and architecting highly available, scalable, global solutions.

We offer a competitive salary range of $97,140-$190,500, immediate medical, dental, and prescription drug coverage, flexible family care, parental leave, new parent ramp-up programs, subsidized back-up childcare, and more.
