## Description

The IT Support Specialist will work closely with the IT team to provide internal systems management and end-user support for colleagues across India, the US, and other remote locations.

Key responsibilities:

- Ensure day-to-day IT operations for colleagues as the go-to person for technical support

- Administer, set up, and support macOS and Windows-based systems

- Provide helpdesk support for end-user system implementations, troubleshoot issues, and improve ongoing support processes

- Collaborate with help desk team members to drive productivity and customer satisfaction

- Respond to help desk ticket requests for support, supplies, and replacement parts as needed

- Support IT equipment and infrastructure at offices, including meeting room AV, printer/scanners, and WiFi networks

- Maintain up-to-date documentation and add new documents when necessary

- Manage onboarding and offboarding activities, including account creation, laptop setup, access removal, and laptop reclamation

Requirements:

- Minimum 2+ years of experience in providing Level 1 IT support

- Experience working in macOS and Windows-based environments

- Hands-on experience with JAMF and Google Workspace

- Experience with Onelogin and knowledge of SaaS tools like Atlassian (Jira & Confluence), Crowdstrike, Slack, and Google Meet is a plus

- Hands-on experience with Azure AD for user management

- Familiarity with security tools like Crowdstrike and Palo Alto Networks
