## Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Bank Teller at our location in Frankfurt, Germany.

As a Bank Teller, you will be responsible for managing the daily cash balance, handling customer transactions, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing the daily cash balance and handling customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and foreign currency exchange

- Providing exceptional customer service and supporting customers with various queries and transactions

- Promoting digital services to customers and encouraging them to use online and mobile banking

- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- A completed commercial education or a qualification as a bank clerk

- Reliable and team-oriented work style with high service orientation

- Friendly and confident demeanor with excellent communication skills

- First experiences in appointment scheduling and referral of customers to consultants are desirable

- Basic knowledge of private customer products and digital services is beneficial
