As part of our marketing, distribution & partnership team, you'll play a vital part in advancing this movement. You'll deliver structured training and development programmes to the tied agency force.

**Job Responsibilities:**

- Deliver training programs that influence agency business performance

- Mentor agents to constantly improve performance

- Identify training needs of agents, devise training plans, and schedule courses

- Assist with projects and tasks related to quality, efficiency, and business performance improvement

**Job Requirements:**

- Recognised degree in any discipline from a reputable university

- At least 7 years of working experience in conducting face-to-face training and developing training materials

- Ability to use relevant software/applications for designing and developing training materials

- Experience working with distribution channels, sales, and marketing of financial products is an added advantage
