## Description

Our Client is seeking a Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, attracting, evaluating, and hiring high-quality talent. This role partners closely with hiring managers to deliver effective staffing solutions while ensuring a positive candidate experience and alignment with organisational goals.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Coordinate and execute all recruiting systems as directed by management

- Administer the agent referral program

- Track and document recruiting activities using designated systems

- Screen, interview, and assess agent candidates using company-approved methods

- Build and maintain networking sources and centres of influence

- Participate in career fairs, seminars, and professional organisations

- Implement passive recruiting strategies including internet sourcing, job boards, and cold calling

- Recommend improvements to recruiting and selection processes

- Perform additional duties as assigned

**Requirements:**

- Minimum of one (1) year of recruiting experience

- Compensation fundamentals

- Labour market knowledge

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

- Fluent English Proficiency

**Systems & Tools:**

- Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS): 1–3 years

- Microsoft Excel: 1–3 years

**Education Requirements:**

- High school diploma or equivalent required

- Bachelor’s degree preferred
