## Description

Claude Frontier Academy is part of Anthropic, an organisation focused on creating reliable AI systems. The Academy offers training programs for professionals to develop deep skills with Claude.

As the Marketing Lead, you will own the marketing strategy and annual plan for the Academy. You will build and maintain a calendar of market moments, lead launches, and develop amplification plans with partners and customers.

Key responsibilities:

- Develop marketing strategies and plans for the Academy

- Lead launches and announcements

- Collaborate with partners and customers on amplification plans

- Grow the Academy's presence on social channels

- Build a community program for graduates

Minimum qualifications:

- Experience in B2B marketing, preferably in technology companies

- Background in marketing education, training, or certification programs

- Strong creative and brand-minded approach

- Experience in leading major launches and announcements

- Ability to build relationships with partners, customers, and cross-functional teams

Preferred qualifications:

- 8+ years of B2B technology marketing experience

- Experience in building community or advocacy programs

- Familiarity with marketing to technical audiences, particularly engineers and developers

The annual compensation range for this role is $320,000.
