"" We're looking for an Account Executive to join our team in Amsterdam. As an Account Executive, you will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and closing new business opportunities.  ### Responsibilities  * Identify, engage, and close new business opportunities, meeting or exceeding sales personal quota * Uncover and connect with ideal clients through self-prospecting and collaboration with our SDR team * Consult with new clients to understand their supply chain needs * Create a value-add solution, demonstrating our capabilities through remote and in-person meetings * Lead the customer onboarding process, leveraging internal resources and teams * Meet regularly with clients to monitor account health and find ways to improve their current supply chain experience * Maintain Salesforce accounts records and opportunity pipeline * Expand your knowledge of supply chain processes through internal and external training offerings  ### Requirements  * Demonstrated experience owning a full sales cycle, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas * Ability to run a sales discovery and demo meeting and run a structured sales process * Enthusiasm for cold-calling prospects, leading discovery calls to uncover their needs, and managing accounts to create an outstanding experience for clients * Excellent skills in verbal and written communication in Dutch and English, as well as in presentation, negotiation, and value selling * Fast learning ability, strong work ethic, and a burning desire to grow into a top 5% sales executive in the region * Strong interest in or background within logistics, freight forwarding, or complex B2B services  ### What's in it for you  * Opportunity to contribute to one of the fastest-growing companies, creating a global impact in a thriving multinational environment * Daily catered lunches with vegetarian options, breakfast, snacks, and soft drinks available in our office * Commute expenses covered for employees living outside of Amsterdam * 25 working days as vacation days based on full-time employment * Health insurance with a basic package and additional packages available * Defined pension contribution scheme * Equity program, with every team member becoming a shareholder * Employee Assistance Program through Aetna Resources for Living * Parental leave benefit for new parents ""
