## Description

As a Field Marketer for Americas West at Cursor, you will drive growth and lead marketing efforts in the West, focusing on large enterprise accounts.

You will be responsible for:

## Pipeline Architecture & Territory Ownership

- Designing a regional playbook with a data-driven marketing plan for the largest enterprise accounts

- Owning the regional pipeline target and deploying high-touch events, executive roundtables, and account-based activations

- Thinking creatively to deploy memorable experiences across various marketing formats

- Partnering with corporate marketing to ensure consistent messaging

- Acting as a strategic marketing partner to Regional Sales Teams

## Measurement & Operational Excellence

- Managing event orchestration with total ownership from ideation to follow-up

- Tracking every dollar spent against pipeline generated and managing the regional budget

- Providing real-time feedback to Corporate Marketing teams on messaging resonance and competitive shifts

## Requirements

- 5–8+ years of experience in Field or Revenue Marketing within B2B SaaS (AI, Security, or DevTools preferred)

- Understanding of selling to CTO, VP of Engineering, and CISO

- Revenue mindset with a focus on pipeline and ARR

- Self-starter who can build and optimize programs based on data

- Exceptional communicator with sharp, professional, and persuasive skills

## Technical & Tactical Toolkit

- Ability to travel (~30%) to host events, support the sales team, and connect with customers in-region

- Experience producing high-end executive experiences

- In-office role based out of San Francisco office
