## Description

We are seeking a Joules Supervisor to work in our retail store in Saffron Walden. As a Supervisor, you will lead the sales team by example, using your excellent understanding of product and providing excellent customer service.

The role involves:

- Leading the sales team and providing guidance and support

- Ensuring customer needs and wants are met

- Assisting in setting up and delivering exceptional retail operational standards and in-store efficiencies to drive profitability

- Working with the management team to create a shopping experience that is unique to the Joules brand

You will need to have previous experience as a retail Supervisor or a Senior Sales Assistant, and be able to think commercially and work flexibly.

The shifts you are applying for are 13.75hrs p/w; Sun 09:45 - 16:15; Mon 09:15 - 17:45. The salary is £13.34 per hour.
