## Description

As a Key Account Leader at 3M, you will be responsible for establishing and executing strategies to increase 3M business and relevance with customers, achieving defined sales objectives.

You will guide 3M's growth and market relevance in the short, mid, and long term for spec-in and consumable products within your assigned account.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Interacting with customers at all levels, building a collaborative network across their organization

- Developing a deep understanding of the customer's global and local organization, KPIs, market share, strategies, design, manufacturing, and marketing trends

- Leveraging global and local 3M resources and networks to meet customer needs

To succeed in this role, you will need:

- A bachelor's degree in engineering or a related major

- At least 5 years of working experience with automotive key accounts that have a global footprint

- Intermediate to advanced English language skills, written and spoken

Additional qualifications that could be beneficial include:

- Specification process knowledge (spec-in)

- Intermediate computer skills in Office

- Project management knowledge and experience

- Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce, SAP, Oracle)

- Experience with automotive OEMs

- Training on sales process and techniques

This role follows a remote working model, requiring the employee to be based in Monterrey or Saltillo, with up to 50% travel.
