## Description

We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our Maintenance team at Soho House Berlin.

As a Painter, you will be responsible for ensuring that our facilities are always well-maintained and in excellent condition, so that our guests and members feel completely at ease.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding and filling

- Apply paints and other coatings to various surfaces, including walls, ceilings, doors, and furniture

- Ensure that all work areas are kept clean and tidy at all times

- Collaborate closely with the Facilities team to ensure that all work is carried out reliably and to a high standard

- Maintain an up-to-date inventory of all materials and equipment for painting and decoration work

- Ensure that all work is carried out to the highest quality standards and in accordance with hotel guidelines and procedures

Requirements:

- Professional experience in a similar role

- Knowledge of painting and decoration techniques, as well as the handling of relevant materials

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Meticulous and detail-oriented approach to work

- Excellent time management and organisational skills
